How will my items be sent?

Orders will be shipped same day. Standard UK delivery will be sent by Royal Mail 24 which usually takes 1-3 days for delivery.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time of shipping please contact us at contact@ngconline.co.uk and we will look into the order.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Any changes to an order need to be sent in writing to us at contact@ngconline.co.uk with the order number and requested changes and we will make the appropriate amendments.

How do I return an item?

Return requests need to be sent in writing to contact@ngconline.co.uk with the order number and reason for return. If the item was damaged or missing parts we will arrange for return cost to be paid however if there are no problems with the item and you want a refund or exchange the return postage must be covered by you.

Where can I find the product code?

The product code can be found on the right of each product image under its title. It is the SKU code.

Do prices include VAT?

All prices include VAT and the 10% discount on RRP.
