TERMS & CONDITIONS
“Buyer” means the consumer who buys or agrees to buy goods on this website.
“Goods” means all products listed on the order and the order confirmation Email/Letter.
“Delivery” means the delivery of the goods to the address specified on the order.
“Consumer” has the meaning given in section 12 Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
NGC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions when necessary, without notice to you and any changes will take effect on the day they are posted.
NGC works very hard to ensure that the content on the website is correct, however on the rare occasions that we oversell a product your order may be subject to delay or alteration.
Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures, if there is a clear and obvious pricing error. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Acceptance Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a pricing error.
Delivery charges vary based on your location and the delivery method chosen. You will be able to select and view delivery charges for the options available before any payment is made. Delivery times vary depending on the method you choose. NGC is not responsible for guaranteeing your delivery time, and estimated delivery times displayed are those provided by the delivery company in question. Please see the Delivery and Returns page for more information on the delivery methods available.
NGC will deliver to the dispatch address provided by the consumer, either directly for orders placed by credit card, debit card, or using e-wallet credit, or provided by PayPal when checking out using PayPal. NGC does not assume responsibility for goods that do not reach their desired destination. If packages sent by an Express or international tracked service are refused by the customer, or returned due to non-payment of charges such as customs or import duty, any charges incurred by NGC may be deducted, at our discretion, from any refund later made for that order.
PayPal – Payment is taken in full when you complete your order.
Direct Bank Transfer- Payment is taken in full when you complete your order.
RMS Credit/Debit Card Transactions- Payment is taken in full when you complete your order.
Click&Collect- Payment is either taken upon receipt of item or when you complete your order.
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund. If your order is in processing, it is already in the process of being picked and packed, we may not be able to get to it in time. If we have already dispatched your order, you will have to contact us via email via Contact@ngconline.co.uk for the next step. This does not affect any rights you have, it’s just a logical process we need to follow.
Return requests need to be sent in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and reason for return. If the item was damaged or missing parts, we will arrange for return cost to be paid however if there are no problems with the item and you want a refund or exchange the return postage must be covered by you.
NGC reserves the right to cancel any order without any prior notice.
NGC does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
NGC will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
We are happy to accept returns on any Games Workshop products you buy from us regardless of the reason. Changed your mind? Ordered too much? Playing a different army now? No problem. We can help you organise a return for a refund or exchange and also help place your next order with us.
If you see a Games Workshop product out of stock on our website, we more than likely have it on order and it should be coming with our next shipment. You can use our “email me when back in stock” button on the product page so you’ll receive an email when we have updated the stock.
In the event of an error with packing/shipping/miscast, please do get in contact with us and we will get the problem fixed!
